How we introduce digital solutions
The introduction of digital solutions is a structured process that appears transparent and simple on film. In fact, the process models are also standardized, well documented and practically tested.
We rely on agile methods such as SCRUM or SAFe during the implementation phase – and also manage the entire process according to standard methods such as PMI, HERMES or other methods introduced at customers.
We experience the challenges in digital projects above all in requirements and change management. Both in the organization and in the technical transformation.
That is why we place special emphasis on requirements and change management as well as user experience design for your project success.
Our path to your success
At the beginning of each release cycle there is a phase in which a common understanding of the expectations and needs of stakeholders and future users is created. At the same time, the given boundary conditions for content, technologies and operation are determined.
In the design phase, the prioritized findings of the analysis phase are transformed into concepts that form the basis for later implementation. The design process is iterative and approaches from the abstract blue print to implementable details.
In the implementation must at least be described. In this phase all requirements, test cases and accompanying documents are available in the backlog.
For implementation, defined scopes are then planned in so-called sprints and controlled according to the selected method (SCRUM, SAFe).
Once a level of maturity has been reached that meets the minimum requirements of a target group, this stand is made available to real users in order to learn in practice which functions are useful from the user’s point of view, which are identified as additionally required and which as dispensable.
At this stage at the latest, it makes sense to introduce instruments such as user voice to facilitate the prioritization of feature requests.
After the introduction of digital solutions, the continuous improvement process begins, which processes the findings from customer service tickets, user voice requests or previously unresolved backlog points until the desired goal is achieved from a company perspective.
